Atatürk and Unity Movements/Goals
If a union is to be talked about, Turkey should develop options through politics, together with its neighbors. Each of these alternatives was actually foreseen by Great Atatürk . I wonder what the circles trying to find Atatürk ‘s words about the European Union think about these alternatives? Atatürk did not say a word about unity with European countries; but not a word is uttered about his words about establishing a union with the Balkan countries in the form of the “Balkan Union” and with the Middle Eastern countries, the “Sadabad Pact” and with Iraq and Syria, and about the rise of Asia and Europe’s point of view towards the Turks (1).
There is no need for Turkey to look for an alternative to the EU. The EU has an alternative, and that is Turkey itself. EU countries are the continuation of the Western Roman Empire and the Holy Roman Empire; Istanbul, Turkey is located at the center of the Eastern Roman Empire, Byzantium and Ottoman Empire. The reason why you can’t find an alternative to the EU finds its answer in Yunus Emre’s lines:
Science is knowledge
Science is knowing yourself.
you don't know yourself
it's nice to read
Yes, all roads lead to Rome, but it is necessary to ask which Rome. Because the Romans were never united again after they separated. And at the center of Eastern Rome, the new Rome, was Istanbul, Turkey. The New Rome could not digest the Latin invasion (1204-1261), and the Old Rome could never digest the new Rome’s arrival at the gates of Vienna.
Turkey’s political/economic union, which was embodied in a much wider area during the Ottoman Empire period, was disintegrated in a 200-year period starting from the 17th century, together with the capitalist movement developed by the European powers. Agreements ending this political union; It was written in European capitals such as Paris, London, and Berlin.
In fact, this process, which was left unfinished due to the failure of Greece, which was attacked by England in Anatolia, is desired to be completed by the EU. The Greeks, Armenians, Arabs, Balkans and Turks, who were the elements of the old political union, were turned against the Turks, thus preventing the re-establishment of the opposite political power/unity. In order not to re-establish this union, areas of hostility/minds were created in the Balkans (Greeks), Middle East (Arabs), Caucasus (Armenians) from the union basins.
From the attack of Greece and Anatolia in the Balkans by the British secret services, to the publication of propaganda books (Blue Book) by scientists (Arnold Tonybee) to support the Armenian claims in the Caucasus; He pioneered the use of archaeologists (Lawrence, Gertrude Bell), linguists and ancient Egypt experts for these purposes, in order to end the Turkish presence in the Middle East. While the Greeks were attacking the west of Anatolia and the Armenians the east, it was aimed to dump the Turks, who would be stuck in Central Anatolia, into the sea from the Black Sea.
Then, conflict traps (Cyprus, the so-called genocide) were created and genocide scenarios were written in order to prevent reunification with the Greeks and Armenians, the leading elements of the destroyed political union.
Why are these goals ignored, although Atatürk’s goals for unity are clearly stated? The phrase “Peace at Home, Peace in the World” is especially directed towards our relations with our neighbors, to be at peace with our neighbors. Being at peace with our neighbors depends on being in unity in “culture and economy” and producing a policy that will create this unity.
Turkey seems to have given up on all the union breakthroughs it led by taking the initiative because of its EU passion; where is the BSEC breakthrough, Balkan Pact/Entente, Sadabad Pact, ECO?. All these initiatives have been sacrificed to the passion of the EU. While EU alternatives are underestimated, Turkey actually underestimates itself.
While the share of Turkey from the trade volume of approximately 1.3 trillion dollars of the countries of the Five Regions is 3%, the share of the EU countries with which it has a Customs Union is 1% of the trade volume of 5.8 trillion dollars. If a 5% share is targeted in the trade of the countries of the Five Regions, a volume higher than our trade volume with the EU will be achieved.
When the subject is approached in terms of sub-regions, the highest rate is the share taken from the trade with the Caucasian countries with 9.8%.
While the share taken from the foreign trade of the Balkan countries is only 2.6%, the share from the foreign trade of the Middle East/North African countries is 3.1%. Regional power, not without trade; It is obvious that there is no power. These rates are “the largest in the Balkans and the Middle East…” It is a clear indication of how the phrase “like” has been emptied and that Turkey, the largest economy of both regions, does not actually exist in the region.

Atatürk’s Testament: “ We want the union (union) we want to establish to be far above the unions (unions) in history”
What are the following words of Atatürk , about the goals of unity, made in 1938, eight months before his death, if not a testament?
“The Balkan alliance is an ideal that we have sincerely focused on for a long time. I am happy to see this ideal expanding and surveying more and more over a wide area every day. In this regard, the great services and achievements of the people who lead and manage the allied Balkan states and their loyalty to the alliance are highly appreciated. Today, even in this form, I believe that the unified state of the Balkans, which is pleasing to all of us, will one day take a perfect shape that many people do not even remember.
On the way to this high ideal, we observe that even the great services of the press continue to depend on the patronage of the heads of the allied states. I wish the press of the Balkan nations to consider this high ideal as their own and to work with all their means for the realization of this ideal. I should also repeat that the press has performed its duty in the same way until now.
It has been seen in history that other nations in the world have formed unions and lived together for centuries. We want the union (union) we want to establish to be far above the unions (unions) in history.
The main cornerstone of such a historical ideal does not remain only in temporary policy principles. The main cornerstones of this are necessary so that it is full of culture and economy ore. Because culture and economy are the bases that guide all kinds of politics.
The bright days we are probably waiting for are not even far from us. Those who will come after us will of course testify to the brightness of those days with happiness.” (It was said on the wishes of the Balkan journalists at the tea feast given in the Çankaya mansion. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk February 27, 1938)
Atatürk ‘s speech read by Celal Bayar at the opening of the 5th term of the Turkish Grand National Assembly on November 1, 1938 is again a testament to unity.
“Balkan politics is the clearest expression of the individual and common interests of the Balkans, and the strengthening of each of the Balkan nations is an active example of the dynamic understanding of peace.
An event that I would like to record here with pleasure has been a powerful factor in bringing the Balkan nations closer together. And it is a work that promises hope for tomorrow. It is understood that I want to talk about the agreement signed in Thessaloniki on behalf of the Balkan Treaty States between the President of the Council and the Prime Minister of Greece, Genaral Metaksas, and the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Monsieur Köse Ivanef. This is the auspicious result of our unremitting efforts towards an agreement and the sound policy followed by the Balkan states. Again, the same facts, the same dynamism and the same lofty goals have shown that the signatories of the Sadabat Treaty (*) know how to base their relations on new and fruitful principles by destroying the superstitions that are the legacy of the past.
Where are those days, the “bright days that should be passed with happiness”?
Where are the legacy owners? When will we implement the will of Great Atatürk ?
in the Balkans, the Caucasus, the Middle East/North Africa, Central Asia, Russia/Ukraine; in short, when will he establish troops that will be “far ahead (above) the historical unions” in the “Five Seas Region” in which we are located; When will we implement what we have established?

(1) Balkan Union
“There is a need for a Balkan Union. Let me go on a trip to the Balkans as the leader of the party (CHP). Let me have a talk with the Balkan statesmen and prepare the public opinion. We must establish a Balkan Union. I see dark clouds on the horizons of the world. If the Balkan Union can be established, a European Union will be opened. Sooner or later, it will be necessary for the Western states to unite. The Balkan Union should be an economic, cultural, political and military union. There will be no borders. Every nation will preserve its national existence in accordance with the principles of democracy. One state, one army. A National Assembly composed of deputies of every nation. A President of the nation is elected every two or four years in turn. (1932 Source: Atatürk Encyclopedia, May Publications, C.1 P.166-167)
Confederation with Syria and Iraq
“The people of Syria and the people of Iraq, that is, Arabia before 1914, were known to us when we were on the same border… In any case, the Syrians were convinced that the relations of any state with foreigners would eventually become captivity for them. That’s why they trusted us. The form we showed to our mutual response consisted of this. We said that we no longer want to waste human resources (human resources) and beneficial general interests (general interests) whose borders are within our national borders. However, since the Union will constitute a force, we certainly welcome the whole world to be an ally and a ally, as well as materially, of Islam, and that is why we are independent within our own borders, just as we are independent.Syrians can also be free and independent within their borders and on the basis of national sovereignty. We can establish contact with us in a form above the entente or alliance, which is called federative or confederative…. As for Iraq: The treatment of the British in Iraq has marred the people of Islam. Before we contacted them, they sought contact with us and accepted to be a part of the Ottoman country as before. But we did nothing against them other than saying the same point of view we said to the Syrians. Become an independent State with your own existence within yourself, with your own kuva. First of all, we are trying to ensure our independence. After that, there will be no obstacle for us to unite and the hearts of our coreligionists in these two regions, both Iraqis and Syrians, are with us, regardless of their appearance, even today, in Mosul, around Baghdad, and in many other places. It is possible to make maximum use of them if they are used for their reasons after this…” (Mustafa Kemal Atatürk)
Middle Asia
“Today the Soviet Union is our friend. It is our neighbor. It is our ally. We need this friendship. But no one can predict what will happen tomorrow. It can crumble and crumble just like the Ottoman Empire, just like Austria-Hungary. The nations that they hold tightly in their hands today may escape from their palms tomorrow. World may reach a new balance. That’s when Turkey should know what to do… Under the administration of this friend of ours, we have brothers with one language, one faith, and one core. We must be willing to protect them. Being ready is not just being silent and waiting for that day. You need to be prepared. How do people prepare for it? By keeping their spiritual bridges intact. Language is a bridge… Faith is a bridge… History is a bridge… We must go down to our roots and unite in our history divided by events. We need to approach them…” “Today, the Soviet Union is our friend, our neighbor, our ally. We need this friendship; but no one can predict what will happen tomorrow; it can be disintegrated, crumbled, just like the Ottoman Empire, just like Austria-Hungary; The nations that he holds tightly in his hands today can escape from his palms. World may reach a new balance. That’s when Turkey should know what to do. We, this friend of ours, have brothers whose language is the same and whose essence is the same. We must be ready to own them. Being ready is not just keeping quiet and waiting for that day; need to be prepared. How do nations prepare for it; keeping their spiritual bridges intact. Language is a bridge, faith is a bridge. We must go down to our roots and integrate into our history, which is divided by events. We cannot wait for them, the outside Turks, to approach us.we need to approach them.” (Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, 29 October 1933)
Asya
“I am looking at the sun that will now rise from the Orient… Just as I see the day dawning today, I see the awakening of all eastern nations from afar. The rebirth of their (Oriental Nations) will undoubtedly result in progress and prosperity.” (Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, 1933)
Europe
“For centuries, our enemies have spread the ideas of hostility towards the Turks among the European communities. These ideas that settled in the minds of Westerners created a special mentality. Despite everything and all events, this mentality still exists. In Europe, the Turks are still regarded as hostile to all kinds of development, and unfit for development in terms of moral and intellectual aspects. (Mustafa Kemal Atatürk 27.09.1923)

ANSWER TO Comrade ARALOF’S SPEECH
(3 MARCH 1922)
Dear Sirs,
The joy I feel at being present at the feast held by His Lord Aralof to strengthen our friendship is immense. Comrade Aralof is already worthy of great respect and affection from all of us on the occasion of being the valuable representative of our friend Russian Council Government. But Comrade Aralof has even won a special place in our hearts with his lovely and friendly personality.
It is known that the mutual affection of individuals often helps to increase the friendship and love between the societies they belong to. I am confident that Comrade Aralof will succeed in their high duties in this regard.
Gentlemen, the people of today’s Russian delegation brought about a great revolution five years ago. The aim of this revolution was to fight against the cruel and harmful entities gathered under the name and title of imperialism and capitalism. All oppressed humanity, whose names and attributes I have mentioned before you, complained about their existence, the nature of which is fully understood today. They felt in their hearts a deep and fierce hatred for them, a desire for resurrection. But masters, the beginning of every business is difficult. Those who succeed in bringing this beginning are commendable. By embarking on this beginning, the Russian revolutionaries left a holy name among humanity. This revolution opened the attention and foresight of all innocent and oppressed people. Because Russia had guided them to get rid of oppression and passion.During the Tsarist period, the Russians directly granted the freedom, law and independence they desired to the tribes that were groaning under the chain of captivity within the borders of Russia. He found this freedom, law and independence worthy of obedience. There is no doubt that this sincerity of Russians is developing day by day.
Three years ago, the people of Turkey felt the need and obligation to rise and revolt. Even this nation had seen its existence, its independence, encroached upon by the invaders.
Now I have to admit that at the moment of this uprising and this uprising, we did not think about the meaning of imperialism and capitalism as in Russia. We only realized the forces that threatened our very existence.
After the situation developed, it was understood that the forces that threatened us were the presences that caused the revolution in Russia.
Indeed, the imperialists, the capitalists… the invaders, who tried to destroy their existence and independence, took a position against the people of Turkey.
When Turkey and Russia’s goal of resurrection manifested as the same, naturally, strong contact and conversation between the two countries emerged. There is no doubt that unions that come into being under the influence of natural causes are unshakable. Along with these sincere unions between Turkey and Russia, I would like to emphasize that governments such as Afghanistan, Azerbaijan and Bukhara, which are located in the important continent of Asia, were in agreement and agreed.
Our ties with our friends in the East are not intended to deceive the world and achieve results in our own favor. It is just to protect our rights and independence.
There is no doubt that the existing ties will take shape and rise over time. Masters, invading and aggressor states also declared that they would recognize the existence and legitimate rights of nations. Events have shown that they are absolutely liars in this announcement and statement.
Invasive, aggressor and aggressor states regard the earth as their mansion and regard humanity as prisoners who are condemned to work to satisfy their own ambitions. This strange mentality in them is as ridiculous as it is strange.
They consider the humanitarian and just principles they proclaim to be a means of deception, not because they see it as worthy of acceptance, but to isolate the mass of humanity that they have been dominating for years, from their weapons and continue to keep them in captivity more easily. There is another motive for this: deceiving each other and extracting more benefits from each other … They compete with each other in deceit.
As a result, the world is divided into two groups. One is East; who realized his own existence, his humanity, his independence; hand in hand with this consciousness.
There is another group that works only to satisfy their own ambitions.
However, since their purpose is not for the good of humanity and humanity, on the contrary, because it is cruelty and oppression, we consider ourselves right to curse them.
Masters, as long as this group is in a position of power and might, it is impossible for them to show mercy and compassion to the oppressed. It is a great mistake to believe such a thing. Such a move can only be expected when we isolate these forces from their material and spiritual weapons.
From this point, I will make use of the text of Friend Trotsky’s order to express the course of action that falls to us.
Trotsky mentions in his order the discovery of false hypocrisy in the attempts of the imperialists and the measures to be taken against it. Addressing his army, Trotsky says, “The only solution to ensure the position and independence of the Russian Council Government is the conscious solidarity of the Red Armies.”
I add the following to this sentence: There is a common front, not only in Russia, but also in Russia, which separates the east from the west and extends from north to south, against the group of harmful and poisonous brains that haunt us. Being able to defend on this front will be possible with the genuine and sincere solidarity of the nations that have been at odds with one another. This solidarity is naturally present among us today. However, the states included in this solidarity must be strong on their own, and must be specialized and equipped with the idea of independence.
Therefore, we all have to have separate forces and ensured our administrative independence. The West will only have to surrender its weapons in the face of this force and will put an end to this inhumane treatment, cruelty and tyranny. It doesn’t take long for this to happen. The distance to be covered will decrease as long as mutual trust, sincerity and affection are maintained.
Comrade Aralof took the purity of the water in his glass as an example and declared that the love and sincerity between the two nations was as pure as this. I will express the same example in another way: The water in this glass is the result of the combination of hydrogen and oxygen. Therefore, our bond must be as tight as the unity of these elements. This sincere night I spent with Comrade Aralof will be among my most precious memories. Thank them. As a token of our friendship, I present my hand on behalf of my friends and with the permission of my ambassador brothers. (Shouts of applause)
Ukraine
Today, the Turkish Grand National Assembly was happy to hear the statements of His Excellency Firunze, the Extraordinary Envoy of the Republic of Ukraine Social Council to Turkey, which will leave a mark on our independence history.
The members of the assembly listened to these statements with great pleasure and appreciation and applauded almost every sentence of the statement. This event took place in a landscape that does not resemble the sham demonstrations, mixed with lies and hypocrisy and forever distanced itself from sincerity, during the rule of the imperialist governments, on the wreckage of which we are placing the principle of direct domination of the fate of the nations, on the wreckage, and which is evidence of the deep sincerity of the two friendly countries.
It deeply touched all the members present in the Assembly. In order to conclude a peace treaty with us and to establish and further strengthen the political, economic and other relations between us, the Government of the Republic of Ukraine, one of the most important and adult politicians, one of the most worthy and heroic commanders of the Red Army, who is still the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian armies, told us at such a time. In particular, the fact that he informed us of this decision on the eve of the Battle of Sakarya, at a time when our enemies announced to the world that our final collapse was imminent, was considered as the strongest proof of loyalty and sincerity, which is the most important in our relations today, and was deemed worthy of thanks by the National Assembly.
Valuable statements of His Excellency, from beginning to end, and parts of our opportunistic enemy, Greece, about the most brutal and hateful murders in the occupied parts of our country, served as a consolation that eased our deep pain on this issue.
I repeat that this valuable solidarity, which is a great source of strength for us in our struggle for independence, is the most obvious support for us to achieve our lofty goal , and I hereby extend the greetings and love of the Grand National Assembly, the only representative of Turkey.
Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Commander-in-Chief Mustafa Kemal asd:c. IV-s.
422-423/20.12.1921/About the statement of the Ukrainian Ambassador Firunze read in the Parliament.
Iranian
The rulers of the Turkish Republic today know the meaningless blind fights of the past and do not want to repeat them in any way or for any reason.
The rulers of today’s Republic of Turkey especially wish the Iranians, whom they believe with new historical documents, to be a regular, disciplined and strong state.
I believe that Reza Shah, who is the head of the Iranian state today, is at the head of those who know this truth. The events seen on the common borders never make me doubt about Rıza Khan. Because I remember that His Holiness Pahlavi sincerely believed that such problems would be eliminated with our joint efforts, that we would join forces for this purpose, and that he expressed his views on this issue as a work of friendship.
In this case, your mission in Tehran will build a lofty kinship building on the already high and solid foundations of Turkish and Iranian friendship.

Dear Levent Ağaoğlu,
I wholeheartedly accept your opinion that Tonyukuk’s political activity and heroism should be examined from all sides. This personality is truly worthy of deep study, because with his activities he made a significant contribution to the development of the Old Turkish State and to its historical role in the world.
You probably know that I conduct field research every summer in Central Asia and Southern Siberia aimed at discovering monuments from the ancient Turkish period. I tried to go through the route of Tonyukuk’s war campaign a year ago. This road, which stretches along the Ona (Ani) river from the Western Sayan mountain chain, is still very difficult today, some parts of it cannot be reached by a vehicle, it can only be crossed on horseback or on foot with narrow paths.
Canvas hunters showed me the plain around Kara-Hol lake on this road and where, according to local legends, the great battle took place. There is a large cemetery belonging to the Turkish period on the plain in question. I found Turkish runic inscriptions in the same place and now I am working on the reading of these inscriptions. Apart from the expedition known to be carried out by Tonyukuk against the Kyrgyz, no information was recorded about any military incidents in this region.
The first subject that I can offer you is the description and map of the route that the Turkish army probably made.
The second subject will come from reading the runic inscriptions I discovered in this area.
The third subject is the final point of Tonyukuk’s war campaign and the pitched battle he fought with the Kyrgyz Khagan. I know the plain in Khakassia where the residence of the Kyrgyz Khagan Bars-Beg is located. In that plain, the army led by Tonyukuk found the Kyrgyz in a state of sleep. In the plain, according to local myths, there is a stone showing the scheme of the pitched battle, and inscriptions and other things related to these events have been discovered.
If you are interested in my suggestions above, please let me know the time you plan for the preparation of these materials and pictures. On the other hand, I would like you to consider that I will be very busy with other works in the next two months and that I can only start these studies in December.
Best regards and best wishes,
prof. Dmitri Vasiliev

Dear Scholar;
The Tonyukuk Inscription is the Zero Point of Our Civilization; It is the zero stone of Zero Stone in Istanbul, 8000 km away; with his sole power of wisdom, his Divine Wisdom; He is the one who announces Kutadgu Bilig.
As you know, unfortunately, there is not even a doctoral dissertation published about Tonyukuk. If the bibliography can be useful in this regard and can direct young people who will prepare thesis to Tonyukuk, I will feel extremely happy.
I would like to thank you for your close interest and pioneering support in examining and evaluating our first thinker, Tonyukuk, who was honored with the title of wisdom from various aspects of science.
Best regards, Levent Ağaoğlu

Ömer Özkaya: Welcome. Especially after the September 12, 1980 revolution, Turkey decided to make a new effort to reconstruct the Maturiliness of Turkish intellectual life and to build some structures that would work inward and outward. There is an internal resistance supported by the outside so that this decision is not fully implemented, and the struggle between the parties still continues. Actually, this struggle is a matter of life and death for Turkey. In the struggle between the rational and innovative Hanafi Maturi school, which prioritized science, and the traditionalist Shafi Ashari, the Shafi Ashari school prevailed. And this doctrine was internalized. This doctrine, which has dominated the last millennium, has turned into the source code that shapes almost all the behavior of the society over time.A significant number of people who are said to be Hanafi Maturidi are still unaware that the Ash’ari approach dominates many areas of their lives today. As a result, the Turks, who are the genius of strategy and intelligence, have come to think that the West can fight against the West with what they have trained and that they will emerge victorious from the struggle. The remedy is in our own resources, Kutadgu Bilig, which is one of these resources. Today we will talk about state administration in Kutadgu Bilig. Associate Professor Necati Aydın, our lecturer, is from Bahçeşehir University. Levent Ağaoğlu, who conducts research on this subject, will also moderate the conference and will tell us what this sacred knowledge is. We invite both of our speakers to the podium. The genius of intelligence The Turks came to think that the West could fight against the West with what it had trained and that they would emerge victorious from the struggle. LEVENT AĞAOĞLU: Welcome to our conference. In the past, I have contributed to the Treaty of Lausanne here. I will personally spend 3-5 minutes walking around Necati Bey’s subject regarding Kutadgu bilig. Necati Bey will enter the content himself and convey his very valuable thoughts to us. Personally, what will I do in these 5-10 minutes, my personal reflection agenda since June 2015 is about our thinkers. Let’s call these thinkers Oğuz Kağan as the starting point. Since 200 BC. In this line, for example, when we bring the issue to the political agenda, we do not have the concept of ten years in Turkish. Westerners have it, they say dec at in English, they calculate it for ten years. When we look at the basis of years, to evaluate the thousands of years. Kutadgu bilig Yusuf Has Hacib was born in 1017. It finished its millennium in 2017.There are a thousand years before that, when we look at the year 2000, I will try to convey that line to you, as far as I know. From my own perspective. On the line of time, ground, mind. I was in Cairo last night. I got on the plane at 3:30 am. This is my 5th visit. There is kutadgu bilig in Cairo as well. That ground line continues. I will mention it too. When we go back a thousand years from 1017, we see Oğuz Kağan. What we see in Oğuz Kağan, there is talk of a sage. Later, when we go forward, Bilge Tonyukuk was born in 646. He dies in 724 and Bilge Tonyukuk is the thinker that I have been working on especially, and he is our first writer. It goes into writing for the first time. He deserved the stone. The term entitlement is used. He had it written in stone. There are wonderful thoughts in the 56-line stone. There is a wonderful language. Now when we look at this, it was written before, there are inscriptions from the 500s only in England. How this language developed and where it developed is very, very surprising the language it uses. Then this shows that Here in kutadgu bilig, as far as I understand, sacred knowledge is knowledge that brings kut, not happiness, but kut. Now we are looking at Bilge Tonyukuk kutadgu bilig. There is also Hagia Sophia. I discovered the meaning of Hagia Sophia later. Kutadgu is the same as bilingual. Aya saint, wisdom in holy Sofia. Wise. Now how does this happen? An architectural work is being built in 550 in Istanbul. The Turkish meaning of Justinian, who had it built, means lawful, and the title of Sultan Suleiman, who built Süleymaniye, is Kanuni. This is a gruesome job. Here is this Hagia Sophia, which I personally inferred, that kutadgu bilig means the same, Justanius, Kanuni, the wisdom that I personally infer is in the east. The main message from Kutadgu bilig: this is a sad message,This is a very sad message. Because we are disconnected from our own kutadgu texts. The message given here is alienation, we are alienated. Why did I bring these with me? I started thinking about it when I was told two days ago. Our kutadgu knowledge is a work of over 1000 pages. During the Karakhanid period, Yusuf of the Karakhanids began to write. After I wrote it, it became sad. He wrote for the Karakhanid ruler. The Shahnameh was demanded by the ruler of Ferdowsi Ghaznavid. You, he said, I will give you 40 thousand gold. He wrote Ferdowsi Shahname. But the Ghaznavids and the Karakhanids want the same. What the Ghaznavids wanted was to produce a work praising the Turks. But he made some statements that did not praise and upset the Turks, and then gold was turned into silver and so on. But what happened in the end? Iranians know the Shahname by heart, by heart. you go,they read line by line in their coffees and coffees. How much do we know about kutadgu knowledge, how much do I know, let me personally look at myself. Now here is the message from me about kutadgu bilig, the message I personally received is what is information kuti domination, it makes you dominate the world. Wise Tonyukuk also starts with wisdom. It is a very, very important point, but when we come back from 1017 to 2017, we do not remember any of the lines, we do not know. Here, I personally would like to underline this alienation issue, we are corrupt, we are foreigners. We are strangers to our own texts, to our own values. When I look at it as a ground, we will see this alienation as follows. It’s written in three places. Wise Tonyukuk ki inscription, there are epics before the inscription, the epic of Oguz Kagan write kutadg bilig after the inscription.Where are these manuscripts? Herat Afghanistan; currently under US occupation, Cairo, Egypt. A German finds him there. We know very well what the situation is. I was there last night. I say democracy, there is nothing democracy there. And the third point is Istanbul. We all know very well what Istanbul went through two years ago. Now, this is what the line that starts from Afghanistan, which we call Herat, and continues from Cairo, is going through right now, which means that there is alienation on each of these three grounds. Here, now I will leave the floor to my teacher. When Necati Bey reflects the kutadgu bilig text to us, we will have evaluated it much better.there is nothing democracy there. And the third point is Istanbul. We all know very well what Istanbul went through two years ago. Now, this is what the line that starts from Afghanistan, which we call Herat and continues from Cairo, is going through right now, which means that there is alienation on each of these three grounds. Here, now I will leave the floor to my teacher. When Necati Bey reflects the kutadgu bilig text to us, we will have evaluated it much better.there is nothing democracy there. NECATİ AYDIN: Welcome, Levent Teacher has really made summaries and we are late to take care of it, we ignore it. Or should I say we don’t care much. Here I will tell you the reasons for this.
Kutadgu bilig is knowledge that gives happiness, knowledge that gives happiness, blessed knowledge. One day, there is a knock on the door of the Karakhanid palace. The guards say Joseph of Balasagun has come. He has a book. He wants to present it to the ruler. Just in case you need to get me to meet, and that’s how the story actually begins. the year 1069. It’s called 70, of course. The beginning of Kutadgu bilig is as follows. Of course, I will sing a couple of verses in Hakaniye Turkish. Already here, my teacher brought the sample.
LA: Sir, in Kutadgu Kibilig, my definition of state is used, is the term ilm or ilm used?
NA: It is used as a province, we call it the state in today’s sense. It is used as a province, we also use it as a hand. Anatolia calls it hand. They have hands, not like ours. Because they have states. You know, we have a song, singing a song. What is singing? Bezirgan went to Iran, went to Tashkent. The Orient is coming from the east, especially tell us a song, the oriental poet takes the saz and tells it there in the cafe. Say the Turk, they ask those who go here from Anatolia. Especially tell us about Turkey, let’s say that, tell about the Turkish nation, this is the expression of singing and singing. That’s why it starts like this, Karacaoğlan, it’s the concept of a province because they have hands and they don’t look like ours.
So what’s the swan? What is the khan’s job? What does the Kagan do? For him, the khan is the ruler of the world in us. Divine that mukallah is responsible for the order of the world, isn’t it, the almighty Rat??? its ruler called mayday Ottoman. Isn’t it that the son of his aunt of France, that is the son of his own aunt, the King of Spain, the king of Spain, died, they could not share their aunt’s child, he said help. Isn’t it so that Elizabeth I may help Murat, III. He called Murat. I mean, we actually set it up. In other words, we ruled the world, ruled the peace. If America is doing it today, it was the Ottoman Empire that day. This is what we are today. Our base is almost upon us for revenge. I’ll tell you this, and I’ll tell you later. We said that whoever Kagan God wants to create as a bey, he first gives him the appropriate attitude, movement, arm and wings. If God chose you, you will appreciate it.Although we regard the khan as sacred, we are not considered a superhuman being. In Egypt, in Greece, in other places, God fought between ten and twenty Gods, how can you not get along with God. They make God fight, but what we know is this: I have historian brothers, literary brothers, there are those who have general cultural and Islamic knowledge, I ????? I’m a ????? Turks did not sacrifice human to human. They did not address man as God, that is our characteristic. Look at our civilized society before Islam. It is Marco Polo, who does not love us, who best explains to us that we are a civilized society. Marco Polo says that he died and was a guest of Kublai Khan for seventeen years. They said you can’t be Marco, why are they cannibals, they are barbarians, they must have eaten you. Because they are cephalopod, blood-eyed Turks. Look, this is how Europe saw us until the 18th century. He said ok, I can prove that I am Marco, this house is my uncle’s house, that house is my uncle’s house. OK then. You said you can’t know them. They have such a life that they wear this dress that I have, because he brought the silk dress. They make cloth from an insect, he showed them the silkworm. They have palaces and they wear golden clothes. That’s how we are the generation that really guides peace to the world, not invasion. You know, we sometimes blame ourselves. I wish we were colonial, it’s better like that. Therefore, the message to be suggested in Kutadgu Kibilig; you are the ruler of the world. That’s why he will say come to your senses, run your state like that. The principality is a very good thing, but the better is the law and you have to apply it. The characteristic of the kagan. They have such a life that they wear this dress that I have, because he brought the silk dress. They make cloth from an insect, he showed them the silkworm. LA: Sir, the concept of bilig knowledge is so prominent as the title of the book, kut and knowledge. What is knowledge, why is it prioritized Yusuf Has Hacib?
NO:Because there is before. There is an example of Bilge Kagan before. In other words, we attribute that wisdom to even our rulers. Isn’t it like this, the president knows? Because the president, the ruler, the manager knows that he has come there. Now let me tell you something, I will answer this in the near future. There are Orkhon inscriptions. He grows well, for example IV. They say about Mehmet, IV. Mehmet took the throne at the age of six. He was even circumcised when he took the throne. So childhood age, they despised. The answer of Köprülü Mehmet Pasha is as follows; he is a sultan from ancestors, grandfathers, he is from the Karahan generation, he is knowledge before fifty-eight, he is wise, knowledgeable. Even Ibrahim, whom we call crazy, stayed in power for nine years. Where mind is knowledge, there is knowledge in it. When Yusuf Has Hacib uses the word Bilig, because he knows the past, he gives examples with Artesun,When he gives examples, he gives examples from Bilge Kağan. Let me tell you right away, you asked on the spot. The name of our rulers; Turkish Bilge Kagan, Orhun Turk uses it, Iltmis Bilge Kagan, Il Tutmus Bilge Kagan, there is always knowledge, what we call wise. Because there is a group of white people. Let me give you one final example, on our deadline. Earthquake in Erciyes, Mustafa Kemal also travels to Van on his Trabzon trip. He asks the people, what is your harm, let’s meet them, they do not know Mustafa Kemal. There were no newspapers then. The only thing they said is this, our sultan knows. Because that’s knowledge. Of course, they would scold the district governor, you didn’t introduce me, did you not introduce the republic yet? Let that be the rest, but the important thing is that the people trust their ruler, ruler, and governor, and do not think about the rest. Information meaning is here.Orhun Turk uses it, İltmiş Bilge Kagan, Il Tutmus Bilge Kagan, there is always knowledge, what we call wise. Because there is a group of white people. Let me give you one final example, on our deadline. Earthquake in Erciyes, Mustafa Kemal also travels to Van on his Trabzon trip. LA: It was a good explanation.
NO:Kagan must be brave. He silenced those who acted inappropriately by tying their hands. He drove the wicked away from the country. Thank God how well it fits today. Such languages were like shoes in the parliament, remember where they were. Two more deputies went the previous day. Bad people are not allowed. It is a filter for us. He ruled his country with such precaution. His happiness increased day by day. He’s praising there. He must be virtuous, sir. I said to Mr. bilig, this is the basic truth of the principality. If the gentlemen are correct, the world will be at peace. You can’t run a crooked country. You know, there was something in the Seljuks, the Anatolian Seljuks were nicknamed Saadetin Dog, that is, oiler, excuse me in the sense of a trough. I am giving an example of what we have become because the state is governed crookedly, so that it is a bit far from our history.Be smart and alert, sir, there should be no excuses. While chatting a while ago, my teacher Zennur said that you will be awake, Faruk Bey also said it. Where was that ruler when he was talking about the Hagia Sophia Treaty, the ruler cannot make excuses. You will choose a good consultant, a good consultant will not be a yes consultant. See III. When Mustafa came to the throne, the country was in a miserable state. He says, why did I choose you as a lala? I will bring a consultant from Moscow. If he says do it, I won’t do it, if he says don’t, I will. What are you doing, my sultan? When he says because Russian agents strive to be his adviser. He will say do it to mislead me, I will not do it. I’ll do it if I say don’t. Now the adviser of the state should be good, the monarch should not make excuses. For him, he must be smart and alert. Must be patient and determined. He should be hasty, he has the following advice: If he wants his name to spread with fame, the ruler should keep these five things away from himself. One should not be hasty, should not be stingy, should not be fierce, should not be stubborn, should not be a liar. He should be generous and feed his people. You know that Tonyukuk, when the wedding is held, it is said that the rulers, our sultans, celebrate forty days and forty nights, in fact, it is to feed and equip the people. Believe me, I remember, I have a friend who is in my district, Salih Hoca knows it. My eldest brother, I am the tenth and last. I remember when my eldest brother got married, my father said, ma’am, you put the plates with the old spoons, right because he was allowed to take them. Sultans, khans and khans used to equip the people while they were having weddings and weddings. The plate he ate would remain with him, the bowl would remain with him. He would do it for her. That’s why he said be generous. But this is generous in knowledge, generous in service, generous in mercy, generous in compassion. It won’t be stubborn. He will be sweet-talking, smiling, not attacking. There will be bravery, forgiveness, they will trust. You know, there is no sense of a cowardly, timid ruler in Turks. Mustafa Kemal goes to Ankara’s village, trades, we read about it later in books. While chatting, he says to the owner of the house, do you know the veteran? Didn’t I know, he was a big, white-bearded, father was a valiant man. He is a 42-43 year old man who has shaved his mustache and became the new president. Cevat Tavas says I wanted to introduce, leave with an eye sign. We asked why we dated, I have no right to destroy his dream. That’s how he knows me. Even if it’s just one, my nation knows me that way. I did not come here for my own gain. Because the nation is the father, the protector, the watcher, blessed, white-bearded but big, strong. Therefore, he must be humble. He must be good. That’s why we don’t have a word in Sufism, the benevolent owner: For goodness, goodness is the profit of every person. The profit of the evil person for the good. You do good, the man does you bad. Good for evil is a person’s profit. That is patience. This is kindness, this is bravery. That’s why Yusuf Has Hacib tells about them. Justice is important, blindness is important, if it is not fair, this state will not work. Look, I’m going to cut it short on justice. He took the advice of Yusuf Has Hacib on justice as the Ottomans were. The Ottomans are not far from the Karakhanids. The Ottomans are not far from the Seljuks. The Ottomans are not far from Ghaznavid. Sometimes they say to us, Europeans, what are you doing in Anatolia? What are you doing in Gazne? What was that Alexander doing in Iran? Therefore, it is ours, the Turks are ours.Says Yusuf Has Hacib, in order to keep the country, soldiers and army are needed, what is it called by the justice department in the Ottoman Empire. It is the circle. This is the statement of the kingzade Ali, the slogan of the Ottoman Empire. It takes a lot of goods and government to feed the military. In order to obtain this property, the people must be rich. The right decisions must be made in order for the people to be rich. Justice is the foundation of property, it comes from there. If one of them is neglected, all four will fall behind. If all four are neglected, the principality will not hold, it will be destroyed. The Ottoman Empire summed it up like this, of course, I say it as it is today. Justice is the law that establishes the world order, the world is a garden, the state is born, it is Allah’s law that establishes the order of the state. God’s law is established only by sultanate. The sultanate can only be conquered by the army. The army can only survive with goods. It is the people who collect the goods. It is the sultan who governs the people and gathers them under a banner. He is the sultan of the world, for him the sultan will be prudent. Badiret is important in Osmanli. Maybe he will be mature. Maybe the sultan surpasses himself, there is also a salaried employee. Don’t be a mature sultan, there is a God greater than you. He gives a salary, he does not take pride in salary. There is no self, there is us. Ottoman, summary of Turkishness, today the republic continues this, thank goodness. One of the pillars of justice is the judiciary. Those two are indispensable, there is forgiveness in the right. He will also know how to forgive for her. But according to what he never forgives disgraceful crimes. You know, we sent the convicts to work in the fields during the Çanakkale and Sakarya wars, but we should never employ disgraceful criminals, that is, let’s employ the common criminals of Mustafa Kemal during the time of the sultan and the parliament, because everyone is at the front. Therefore, the sultan, to his time,Let’s say it has a forgiving aspect according to its period and place.
Does he have a say in education, of course he has a say in education. Let’s sum it up in one sentence. Son and daughter evolve from childhood, learn, and do not forget until they grow old and die. All the plagues of children are on the fathers, I summarize. That’s why people should learn when they’re young, so let’s summarize what Yusuf Has Hacib said, when a tree is wet, it bends.
Conclusion: So let’s tell you the result of this conversation. Kutadu Kubilig gave an encouragement to Mahmud of Kashgar. I just told you about that piece of work, when he left Kashgar and presented it to Aleppo, Baghdad, and in Baghdad to his successor, Al-Qasim, he says: God gave the Turks the power, power and authority on earth. It is useful to learn their language. I wrote this book to teach Turkish to Arabs. He is now overwhelmed, because Turkish is disappearing. That’s why we don’t discuss it today, we won’t, and our names are always so, we won’t discuss it, but that’s the case. Now, why did we not appreciate the Kutadu Kibilig in the past? We did not appreciate the value of our books. Our states have never been violent and corporate states. Today, the corporate state is wreaking havoc on the world, making immoral attacks on the Middle East. It’s a corporate state, a state of violence, you can count that too. But our states have always been humanitarian states. In other words, he has always regarded the created as sacred because he created it, and he tolerated it. For this reason, he always addressed and ruled the states according to the hadiths of Muhammad, the most honorable of his ancestors, according to the verses of Allah. Then how will we introduce the precious works left by them to the next generations? Now we are talking to ourselves here. A few if they were teenagers. The question is who will introduce the young people, whether they are mathematicians or chemists, since I will say this, they solve the most beautiful formulas on the board. Their duty is not that much, of course, it is advice, accuracy. But is it the physicist who will teach us? Not. Writers and historians. I mean, with history teachers and history teachers, they will introduce these works to us with literature teachers. Alas, we do not like history, we do not like history wherever you ask. We say we don’t like history, but two weeks ago the genealogy was locked. Look how much attention you paid to your history, history is necessary for you. Therefore, there is no rote history. What about the date verifier???? can we teach Could we teach Yusuf Has Hacib’s Kutadgu Bilig? Can we teach Divan-ü Lügat? Could we teach Şahmeran? Because we start with a test before we are born, whether we are in secondary school or even innate, we start with a girl or boy, then we start with the Teog exam, then we start with the university exam. Friends, test; Justice, mercy, compassion, laziness, kindness, steadfastness cannot be taught. History cannot be taught by testing. History should only be told theatrically, history should only be told visually, history is learned through legends, fairy tales and stories when necessary. We are now trying to teach by test. There are states that do not like the history and history of states that say who is strong, it has no history anyway. Since Israel has no history, it wanders around like a vagrant landmine, hitting it, hitting it. You have history, see what Montesquieu says, without them there would be no history. Fortunately, Hungarians are not Muslims. They envy your history. Didn’t they tell Fatih Sultan Mehmet? Don’t say you’re the Ottoman Emperor, don’t say you’re the state scholar’s emperor, say you’re the Roman Caesar. Fatih is unaware, his medallions were printed in Italy as Caesar of Rome. They carry the medallions on their printed chests. But as long as you don’t say you’re Turkish. They envy your history. We were wondering if our history books are readable, son or daughter, let me see the history book.Because there is nothing in the picture caption. There is nothing inside. What nation can you think of that as soon as the school is over, the student will tear up his book and sort it out like vandals because it doesn’t see its value. In other words, it neither sees the information inside nor does it see the pressure. Sir, is color printing important, why do you watch color television, there is no respect for the past. Therefore, whatever life is, Turks knew how to use it. Look, I just told you in chat, there is a man in a golden suit. From Almaty to Kazakhstan in the museum was on the territory of Russia. A generation sees it 2500 years ago, the history of your ancestor, why you produced it, what it lived. Today we call it a high society. When you buy a plane, it’s easy to be a high society, you go on two stages, you do four competitions, you advertise, you become a high society. But your ancestors made the most beautiful scientific life. The carpets he weavesThe clothes he wears, Marco Polo says, so here you are wearing your own clothes, but they are wearing a golden dress, a silk dress. Sir, what should be the duty of our history and literature teachers, they should tell history and literature themselves. Let them tell theatrical, let them tell it dramatically. There is no online date. There is no history in open education. History is the theater stage of a nation. A thousand years, ten thousand years. In this scene, the teacher should cry if necessary. He should see the line of his face. He should see his opinion, then he should learn Kutadgu Bilig. In short, isn’t it said in our faculties, what is the use of the history of revolution? What is my date for? Let me tell you a recent history, friends. February 23, 2018, what did the Netherlands say to us, you are the murderer. You are genocidal. In other words, we accepted the genocide, he calls us murderers. What did you do, teacher, I did my duty years ago. What did we do, we talk so much, but what did you do?Genealogy , we always misread it, see, I put that name there on purpose. Please read correctly, I made statistics, I made generalizations. While the book is still in draft form on my desk, there are those who come to me and say, “Do you believe in genocide, do you believe in genocide?” Because three million Armenians have conditioned us in such a way that they have made such a mistake that it has nothing to do with our history.
LA: He favored his ancestry.
NO:Yup. The thing is, the West knows its history, it knows yours better. Why did I write this work? It is the testament of my father and grandfather to me. I’m from science, my father wanted me to be a doctor because I’m the youngest so I can take care of his grandchildren. My brothers said to be lawyers, prosecutors, my uncle said to be an engineer. But I was going to be a historian. Because my brain was working on history, that’s how my grandfather raised me. My grandfather’s house Armenian people that day in the suburbs, Birecik, Urfa, Antep, Aleppo, the members of the Armenian Dashnak Column Society raided my grandfather’s house. There my father is only six years old. They want to know where the money is, where the gold is. I am in Birecik, Urfa. There are pistachios, a part of the house is used for drying. My grandparents, who put the money there, don’t know the truth. When they torture my grandmother too, they scratch it with a dagger,They say who is my father, this is our servant’s son, and when he says “mom” because we are looking after him, they place a dagger over there. My father died from that dagger wound. My son said, what is it that we suffer from these Armenians? They are to us, I mean the militants, I’m not saying anything to the people. I’m telling the militants, write it down, son. But I knew the one who stabbed me. It was our Oannis. The one who works in us because he covered his face, but his eyebrow was not covered by one eyebrow. He’s reporting. What I will say is this; I did my duty. I said that the Turks would not commit the Armenian genocide. Mustafa Kemal, who does not trample the flag but enters the mansion in the governor’s office in Izmir, does not trample the flag, does this nation commit genocide? I say O America, open it now, look at the internet, because you are still carrying the bust of the Ottoman sultan, which you call genocide in your congress building, in the parliament of representatives, justice, now he supports us because he is a genocidal. Hey Holland, if it weren’t for Yavuz, if you go to Lehn, the Hague, you’ll see that there is still a bust of Yavuz in the town hall. Barbarossa has a statue. Well, who will say this, our foreign ministers who know history well. Thank you Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, he is really doing his duty, very nice. He has a beautiful saying. This state took me behind the goats, made me the minister of foreign affairs, which is a nice trait, they have good works, but what I want to say is that every minister should be full, not every ambassador should be a flower of protocol. Remember, our ambassadors struggled with the concept of how to marry foreign girls until thirty years ago.Or is this your duty? So, while he was representing his state there, isn’t it he who wore the Janissary dress that the Ottoman Empire was going down in? Mustafa Kemal wore the Janissary dress just because a captain hadn’t died yet, this was the ambassador in Sofia. If you are like this, you represent your state. That’s why I say we should know our history. Excuse me, I’m sorry, we have to distribute the history books for free today. Beyoğlu, go to Tünel, free Bibles are distributed. So the government can’t distribute free history books? Can’t do offset printing? I know a ministry’s offset magazine, one million a month makes twelve million in a year, one hundred and twenty million in ten years. We can’t publish a book for the statement “We didn’t commit an Armenian genocide”. Let’s put one there instead of reading airplanes skys. In other words, very elite people take a look at the plane on foreign flights,We put it in which grape package at fairs saying no to genocide, we didn’t do it. So I invite you, for me to know. After all, I say look why we shouldn’t forget you. Let me give you an example, they argue Agamonorsala, who is Agamemnon? In the epic of Troy, look how Britain has not forgotten its history, how it takes its revenge, exactly nine thousand years of revenge. Mycenaean King Agamemnon wins the Trojan war from the Greek commander-in-chief. Montaigne mentions it there, he says, look at his books Turks and Muslims, he writes that Fatih said, this is Montaigne’s word, I have avenged Hector. It is said that Mustafa Kemal said so. Well, they could not pass Çanakkale. March 18, 1915, will England forget this? Where did he sign the Armistice of Mondros? Look at the battleship Agamemnon in the port of Mondros. He did this on purpose. So he doesn’t forget his history,He does not forget to take revenge. Again, be careful about this issue, which state is the only one to reject the Armenian genocide because we do not know our history? Britain.
LA: Teacher, then the Agamemnonians and the Greeks attacked us.
NA: They attacked the Greeks.
LA: He got the autograph, then he had the Agamemnonians attack us.
NO:So if I know my history, I know your history. Whether it’s Kutadgu Bilig or Divan-ü Lügat, I mean all of them. We must teach our history well to our children. Look, why doesn’t he speak up about the Armenian genocide, because the chief prosecutor of the Allies has seventy deputies on trial, and there are three members of the Committee of Union and Progress, Enver Pasha, Cemal Pasha, Talat Pasha, because they escaped, but the result: British foreign ministers, British prime minister, parliament awaits. In response, the British-born chief prosecutor confessed, no documents. There is no document of genocide. We need to know this. Another thing, we should know our history, I say my last sentence, if you don’t know your history, they will punish you with history. Blessings to Yusuf Has Hacib, blessings to Mahmud of Kashgar, blessings to Mevlana, Yunus Emre,May Allah give strength and strength to our current administrators. What good did you do to our soldiers, our army, our police, you listened to me. You gave me strength and strength, God bless you.
LA: Sir, thank you very much for your in-depth presentation. I’m going to ask two questions in particular, and then direct them to our audience. You mentioned a very important triad, three books, Divan-ü Lügat-ı Türk, Kutadgu Bilig, Orhun Inscriptions did not get it right? Here I want to dig into this information a little more. In other words, can you give more detailed information about the translation of these books by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk into today’s Turkish? Agop asks Dilaçar to have it translated into Turkish, but then it was in 1937, if I remember correctly, he had Hüseyin Namıkov’s Tonyukuk inscription translated into Turkish. Then, in the 40s, Hussein Namikov goes to prison. In other words, an event started with Atatürk, these three of our trios, that is, our main work, was translated into Turkish. But after İnönü came, did something else happen?
NO:Of course, Agop Dilaçar passed away recently. We have faith in him, we have faith in him. These documents are correct. He has studies done on these three. During this study, Mustafa Kemal insisted that I have just said or even said that he was proud of Karahan in the Ottoman Empire. I was afraid that he was connected to the Karahan generation. Now let me summarize that Mustafa Kemal is connected to the past, I will come to İnönü. We had a writer named Nizamettin Tepedenlioğlu. The grandson of Tepedenli Ali Pasha, the young man who rebelled, writes against Abdülhamid at that time. He made me call, he called me to the mansion, I was afraid, I was afraid, why did Mustafa Kemal invite me out of the blue? I’m summarizing the word, Nazif’s nickname is Deli Nazif. What is another aspect of Deli Nazif? He wrote Black David. In Black David, as there is some grandfather vengeance,Black Davud is a hero, the hero of the novel, Fatih slapped the prince, the printing house was destroyed because he was arrested. It’s a story like how you slapped Fatih. His word says: Nazif, I understand you, you are trying to avenge your grandfather, but if I am the president today, if I am a general, it is because of the schools that Abdulhamid opened, you cannot avenge your grandfather from Abdulhamid, he does not exist. You don’t have a grandfather, so if we speak Turkish today, it’s because of Abdulhamid. If we are teaching in Turkish today, if we are here today, I will say that when they say that they show the Ottoman Empire like that, they said, “Come on, you are older than Fatih,” I say with a rude expression. His terms were different, my terms were different. He said where are the Yavuzlar, where are the conquerors, where Yıldırım Beyazid’s painters should take Timur’s thing.Mustafa Kemal knows the past on this architect, he knows his nation. Let’s come to the second man, the second men always take a little pride, they always care. He has the natural right to put his picture on the money, that is, when a monarch dies and the president dies, a picture can be placed when he leaves, there is no prohibition. But there is no tolerance, no respect, no tradition, no custom. No matter what we call that circle in İnönü’s period, let’s not call it socialist, the left cadre movement has kept it away. His wife is deceased????? Whether it’s Tevetoğulları or Alparslan Türkeş, isn’t it all in the same forty years? This view shows the dimension of Turkish behavior. İsmet İnönü’s prime minister is already a German, Şükrü Saracoğlu. So they didn’t know what they were doing. In other words, they did not keep Mustafa Kemal’s advice alive. Our sadness is that.the second guys always take a bit of pride, they always take care. He has the natural right to put his picture on the money, that is, when a monarch dies and the president dies, a picture can be placed when he leaves, there is no prohibition. LA: It breaks the bond with those three main works. And we come to today.
NO:If you pay attention, there are classical works, but all classical works were written in Greek, or remove them as well. We forgot because that’s the look. I hope I can say something like this. Look at Maraslı, I’m telling you so that Maraslı can have a conversation. We talked for so long, but they ask what you did. The masters of the steppe is the epic of Oguz Kagan, I tried to make it a novel. Because remember, since childhood, our history teachers say to us, what did Tungular, Oğuz Kağan want from Mete Han? They want to cause a little war. Here he asked for his gun and gave it, the man asked for it and gave it. He didn’t give the land, the Tungus said, you know, horse, horse, weapon, how can a man give his wife? I wonder who that lady was, why did she give it to me, I wrote her story. What tricks did the Chinese play with us, and Mete Han is a vigilant young man.He is a vigilant young man who gave us Istanbul today, 21 years old Fatih. He is his grandson because as I just told you, he must be alert, intelligent, knowledgeable, foreboding, that young man, I wrote his story. Manas is an epic in Manas. One million thirty-six thousand lines, that is, we just had a chat with our friends, and I measured it, it’s fifty-five inches. Who will read? Who will carry it, but there is no research for it anyway. But it’s an excellent saga. What has been done to save the Turkish nation, namely the Kyrgyz people, from captivity? Manas, Tugrul and his son are told. We said let’s romance it. At least for generations, thank God, I tried to do this if I achieved my goal. At the moment, I couldn’t find a sponsor for these when my own ant got dark, I did it myself, I couldn’t even find it. This is our national issue, but I suppressed it.At the moment, I will novelize Kutadgu Bilgi by staying true to the original, but by reading those couplets completely. It was already a novel, but I hope I will be of service to Yusuf Has Hacib and Tabgaç Han. I say it goes to their soul and I will make it a novel. I will succeed, I will not, I will stay on the road, but I will do this as good news to you. On behalf of my nation, of course, never on behalf of myself. That’s why I said that too.
LA:Thank you again for your presentation. The conclusion I draw from this is that there are fundamental criteria. What these criteria were called, in the past, malaskirt criteria, other criteria were saying. Actually, these criteria are Kutadgu Bilig criteria. In Kutadgu Bilig, there are all these criteria that belong to us. What is this, the Turkish mind. The ornament of the mind is language and these three works Divan-ü Lügat-ı Türk, Kutadgu Bilig and Orhun Inscriptions are the basic works that should be placed on the foundations of the state. During the establishment phase, there is a conversation that we built, we built it. This is the Quran. He is the founder of Kutadgu Bilig. Orkhon Inscriptions of the Qur’an. You did not establish it, the founder was established a thousand years ago. If we can place these valuable works and fundamental works on the foundation of the state, my teacher explained it very well. The important thing is that you talked about delivering Kutadgu Bilig,In terms of reaching the children, especially while coming here, I thought about it for two days, and the point on which I was always stuck was this: Ok, we know that we will say that alienation has happened, but what to do, how to do, how to come out. The important thing is that we always come, what are we doing, we usually cry in all conversations. As a result, my teacher thought about the answer to this. Making this a book with training on making it applicable. What did you say about clothes made of hemp, my teacher Marco Polo. ASAM is working on hemp, our brother Erdal, Brother Levent, you should work on hemp, I went to Atatürk about hemp, and my eyes were opened to all his works. There is a long paragraph, now look, we will come to the book, he says that he writes Thrace and Kastamonu during a country trip. He writes a report that emphasis should be placed on the production of hemp in these two provinces. What happened after that, hemp, aren’t these books produced from hemp, sir? Much cheaper. The Chinese today, when I was in China, I was looking for books. How did he do this, it was said at that time, this hemp paper, hemp paper, are we not that smart? In that respect…
NO:If it can be made that cheap, it should be distributed for free. Look, friends, we say Ottoman, Ottoman. He did not use foreign ink in the Ottomans or Seljuks. Because look what Yusuf Has Hacib says; He has experience, mind-blowing language, so you tell what you think with your own language. Sometimes you go to our West, speak three languages, speak English, forgive me. Look, they sometimes underestimate the sultans of the Ottoman Empire, let’s never underestimate them. The Ottoman governess would be Turkified. He would not give a Turk to a governess. In other words, the mothers of the sultans learned Turkish customs and traditions and the Islamic belief in the harem, and then they had children. Because he doesn’t speak Serbian, he doesn’t get into the Serbian dialect. The sultans of the Ottoman Empire never spoke another language, they knew they would not. I will say that now a fashion has started,I swear, he is such a foreign Malaysian, that is, what Malaysian raises with his own customs and traditions and thinks so. This is what I want to convey. We must first forget our language. Our religion, our language are the values that make a nation a nation.
LA: The result is language from Kutadgu Bilig. You’ve just said it, you said yalvaç Kutadgu Bilig’s language is already a Turkish language, it is very productive in generating ideas since it is a Turkish language.
NA: He has not forgotten Ebubekir and Osman, but he prays in Turkish. Allah says, of course, he says tengri, he says yalvaç, of course he writes praise to the prophet. Never He never forgets Muhammed, but he speaks Turkish. It doesn’t mean, what are we going to do with our names, you know, there was a Turkish tariff for the sun, they brought it to Mustafa Kemal, and lastly, they said, “Your name doesn’t match Turkish sound harmony, Mustafa Kamal, why is it in Arabic?” Guys, what are we going to do with Mustafa, we made Kemal as Kamal. Just don’t mess with them. Sometimes names are like our mothers. Our mother may be different, our father may be of different nationality, belonging is important. But let’s not forget this too, let this be an addition.
LA: Thank you again, sir.

After the second half of the VIth century, the original culture of the Turkish tribes, which started to migrate to the north, south and to a significant extent to the west, was enriched with other cultures in interaction, but the Turkish spoken as the mother tongue was preserved and thus the language spread to very large parts of the continent.
According to the statistics of the United Nations in 1990, Turkish was spoken as a mother tongue by around 165 million people. Thus, our language has the largest (common) language character after Chinese, Hindi, English and Spanish. Assuming that the population increase is 1.5% on average, this number should now approach 180 million. Considering that Chinese is spoken by the Chinese minority in Southeast Asian countries excluding China and Taiwan, and Hindi is only spread in the Indian Subcontinent, it is among the languages spread over a wide geography in the world such as Turkish, Spanish and English. Of these, English is spoken as a mother tongue outside Great Britain, in the continent of North America, in the Republic of South Africa (by British people) and in Australia.
Spanish has spread outside of Spain in Central (including the southern United States) and South America (outside Brazil). On the other hand, Turkish is spoken as a mother tongue by Turks in Central and Western Europe, starting from the Pacific coasts of the Russian Federation, passing through Central Asia, Caucasus, Anatolia and Thrace, and also by Turks who have migrated to North America, although a small number of them. and South Asia (in varying intensities) we see it spreading all over the Northern Hemisphere. Friday, October 2, 2015
The richest cultural treasure of the Turks is their language. Throughout their 3000-year-old political history, Turks have had an extremely rich knowledge of languages, states and religions.
Stone inscriptions and manuscripts are the treasures of this rich language.
Turkish language and thought became the richest language in the world by interacting with ancient foreign languages (Persian, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi) fermented in the geography of Turkestan, which was the most open region of the world in terms of contemplation, between 700-1200. Internet Thinker Nicholas Negroponte’s observations on this subject are noteworthy.
The most important point that distinguishes Turkistanis from Chinese and Arabs was that they knew more than one language. They considered it normal to live in an environment with an astonishing number of different languages and alphabets, and they managed to specialize in whatever they needed.
When the Arab armies of a new religion arrived, it was only natural that some officials and intellectuals learned the strange language of the Arabs to see what they had to offer. Then merchants began to arrive with manuscripts translated from classical Greek.
Translations, mostly by Christian Arabs, constituted works that brought new ideas to science and philosophy in Central Asia. In time, the people would specialize in these subjects and go further than their ancient Greek mentors.
Turkish thought/thought leaping from the geography of Turkestan to the geography of the Mediterranean/Five Seas (Anatolia, Rumelia, Mesopotamia, Nileboys, Africa); He could not repeat his dynamism in Turkestan in these regions and the Turks lost their interest in thought, foreign languages and foreign cultures as a result of their instinct to protect the lands they conquered.
This indifference and isolation still continues.
The Turks, who dominated the lands of 75 countries, also had a rich knowledge about the languages of these countries. But this wealth is idle; cannot be used.
Divan-ı Lügat it Türk, the first dictionary of Turkish written in the golden period in Turkestan, was written in the Arabic alphabet. After the 1928 alphabet change, we could not read this dictionary.
Mortgages placed on Turks during the collapse of the Ottoman Empire targeted the Turks’ interest in foreign cultures, and also the abandonment of the alphabet and written language, which has been used and enriched for thousands of years, impoverished the vocabulary.
Thus, our culture, which is trapped both inside and outside; It has also made our language sterile.
The Turks did not suppress the languages in their geographies, but they cared about the richness of quotations and citations.
Our goal is; It is to deepen the philosophy and philosophy, which is the real superiority of the West, by increasing the philological interest, turning to foreign countries and cultures with contemplation and thought, apart from touristic views.
It is lamentable that these superiorities are at the core of our Civilization, and although our Civilization is a Civilization of Contemplation, the sterility and limitations of languages and thoughts that we cannot shake off; has condemned us to small worlds and deprived us of the seas and rivers of our core Oğuz Kağan mission.

Cyrillic: Indo-European language family
Since Turkish from the Altaic language family is not in the same category as the above languages, problems were encountered in all applications of the alphabet except the Altaic language family; The Latin alphabet is not free from these problems.
Turks had difficulty in learning Arabic, and they could not learn French or English.
In the past of the Turks; Alphabets (Cyrillic, Latin) within the Indo-European language family do not exist. Turks met with these alphabets in the 20th century after their defeat in the Russian-British rivalry, each other’s arch rivals.
It’s not just the old Turkish labeled as the lost ottoman; After the monumental works of the Turks written on stone, the serious works were written in Arabic alphabet with the kutadgu bilig written in Balasagun in 1070 and in Kashgar, and the dictionary written by Kasgarli Mahmut in Baghdad in 1072-1074 in Arabic.
