Winning the war without fighting, winning without using force. This is what China is doing and it is a very strategic and planned move. And immediately there were tragic falls in the US stock markets. The public immediately bought this action and put it in its place.
What is striking here is why this movement, that is, why this type of software does not come from the European Union countries, or India , or Russia. India has completely placed its mental capacity at the disposal of the United States.
Cheap mental power has given its labor to the service of the USA and provides the services needed by the USA IT companies in India. Also, there are Indian top managers and bosses in Silicon Valley in the USA.
Deepseek has implemented this software despite the Chinese alphabet having a completely different structure than the Western alphabet. So, what really matters is mathematics and wisdom. Another critical question we need to ask here is why Turkish has not been turned into a software language, an artificial intelligence model, because the language most suitable for software is Turkish (Source: Nicholas Negroponte)
This is actually the remarkable result of the principle explained by Chinese leader Deng Shaoping , “What matters is not whether the cat is black or white, but whether it catches the mouse”, achieved in a very short time period of not even 50 years.
Yes, China did not care about the color of the cat and knew how to catch the mouse. After this psychological move, it does not seem possible for the US to defeat China by beating the war drums , because China has gained psychological superiority with the DeepSeek movement.
Thus, for the first time, China has shattered its copycat image and challenged the West by presenting an original model. In this case, Trump’s approach of increasing customs duties and seizing the lands of neighboring countries has been even more deeply wounded.
The approaches of the US, China and India to information and artificial intelligence actually serve as a litmus test. At this stage, China is the one that seems to be ahead. It is noteworthy that India has not made any attacks on this issue. The issue of gaining psychological superiority is also extremely important. When we read the encyclopedia of wise sayings, the most striking wise sayings are those said by Chinese wise men.
So, the meaning of knowledge in Chinese culture provides China with a great advantage in processing this total of information with artificial intelligence . This is also a civilization advantage. When we look at the USA, it is only a 250-year-old state, but China is a civilization that has existed for thousands of years and is a civilization that meticulously thinks about the issues of mind, intelligence, knowledge and wisdom.
The first attack on this issue came from Jack Ma, the owner of Ali Baba , whose conference I personally attended in Hong Kong in 1997. He expressed his concise words by saying that tiny shrimps at the bottom of the sea exhibit a much greater power than sharks, and companies such as Ericsson and Nokia , the giants of that time who were at the meeting there, no longer exist. This means that there are other companies that will be added to the list of companies that will disappear.
Nokia Finland and Ericcson Sweden are companies and these countries have actually positioned themselves in the wrong place by entering NATO. Also, this is an antipathetic move in the Arctic Age that is about to begin.
When the subject is evaluated from a comparative point of view, the knowledge that is the common heritage of all people was examined most concisely by the Turks with their first written work Kutadgu Bilig and presented to the service of humanity. In addition, the Turks first applied zero, conceptualized by Indian philosophy, to mathematical operations with Khwarezmi and presented to the service of humanity.
However, today India , as in the past, has an understanding that sees certain castes as outsiders to society. By building the Great Wall of China , the Chinese intended to confine knowledge to themselves. The Great Wall of China was built not against enemies, but against the knowledge within China being leaked out.
The silk cocoon that could not leave China was eventually seized by Byzantine priests in Iran. When we look at the approach of the West, knowledge is not the common property of humanity, it is the heritage of the West and is expressed in terms of money. The understanding of “I will not give you chips, I will remove customs barriers” also reveals the Maddiyat-ül Bilig approach, contrary to the Kutadgu Bilig, which is concisely expressed by the Turks.
The sudden rise and success of Deepseek has raised the question: To what extent does technology represent the human heritage? This is an important question. In an age where the aim is to transform humans into automated robots, it is now clear why philosophy has been discredited as a method of free thought and thought that is being sought to be removed from the agenda.
The dominance that the technocratic oligarchic classes, who dream of dominating countries, the world and even the universe, want to establish over information has been brought to the attention of humanity thanks to Deepseek . This technocratic oligarchy, which is incapable of establishing one-on-one relationships with people, will therefore disappear in the same way during the fading process of the USA that started with Trump .
The critical point here is the question of where an artificial intelligence will emerge that will represent humanity, not selfishness and selfish national interests, unlike the examples of the USA, India and Russia, which have the limitations we mentioned here .
It should not be forgotten that human cognitive ability, the most important feature of which is the ability to speak, is a reality that emerged in Africa 100,000 years ago. And yet it is obvious how Africans were subjected to inhumane treatment by those in Europe and America .
As a result, artificial intelligence, which is a product of human intelligence, has given us a glimmer of hope from the Asian continent , where the sun rose in the last year of the first quarter of the 21st century, for an application that could be beneficial to all humanity as required by the intelligence in question.
The expected step from Turkey here will be to bring forward an artificial intelligence model based on this approach, which he brought to the agenda with his first written work Kutadgu Bilig and which emphasizes the fact that what makes a person blessed is knowledge.
