THE POWER OF THOUGHT AND THE THINKERS

“The Power of Language” has been the cover of a book by one of our great philosophers Nermi Uygur. “The Power of Language” is a language work aimed at expressing the language that has been at the top of Nermi Uygur’s writing agenda from the beginning.

“The Power of Language” facilitates the emergence of thoughts, as it is called in the inscriptions, the fall of the writer, and makes thought a power.

DREAM (from the root that includes the meaning of falling, suddenly appearing, product, fruit, reward, emergence in old Turkish) and THINK, (dream-u-n / think; instantaneous informational impression) deriving from the roots of THOUGHT to fall on its own, to fall oneself, to reveal an object in its own memory, to give birth, to memorize, to produce has gained the meaning. All the meanings contained in the root / dream root are in the act of thinking.

The root sense of spontaneity and its emergence makes the infinite influence of power in thought unique.

“Thought Power” is nourished by language and when it is recorded in writing, it attains immortality. Living ideas are what make human beings immortal. When the inscriptions, which are the first written works of the Turks, were examined, the level of development of the language amazed the readers. The language of the Turks, starting with the Yenisey Inscriptions, left traces on three continents for one thousand five hundred years, and the “Power of Thought” created museum contributions.

Starting from our first thinker and writer Tonyukuk, after the field mobility we have provided across geographies, continents, rivers, mountains, seas and talay for a period of millennia, from the time we started to stop and think in the last three hundred years, a noble and noble We must impose dreams and brand new and original thoughts into our minds and minds by reassessing our thinkers.

The false allies we need are not uninformed trustees, but true believers filled with “Thought Force”. Our goal is to turn our language and state into a global power by training both thinkers and entrepreneurs.

“The chance of presenting an original thought in our current social structure is very difficult. For this, a group dealing with knowledge should be formed in the society. We have not yet adopted knowledge as a value in our society. I said that I only saw Ömer Lütfü Barkan as a scientist, but I did not see him after that. There should be a group whose job is knowledge, this still does not exist. There are one by one, one by one, very valuable Turks. But I think a social group acting collectively with the motivation of knowledge has not been formed yet, but it will, otherwise we cannot live in this world. Honestly, I did not know how to be a scientist without knowing Barkan. Yes, of course we had professors at the university, we read and listened to their lectures. Among them there were also those who had knowledge, but there was no man with knowledge. When our Turks still talk about science, they usually read and learn the foreigners who wrote it and think that they are scholars. However, science is not something that can be gained by studying scientists.

It is necessary to wander within the boundaries of knowledge, like a raider, towards the unknown… That was Barkan, a person who wanted to know what he did not know with his own effort, and investigated. He was working day and night for him. He had no other concern than my knowledge. Then we read it and learned that this is a verse. At that time, we did not know this: “I will give knowledge to anyone who wants.” We later understood what is meant by saying, without limitation. In order to ask for knowledge, it is necessary to be in agreement with him and to be science. One can only reach if he really wants it. Barkan was like that, it consisted of living with the subject he explored day by night. It was a chance for me… ”

ALİ GEVGİLİLİ: THINKERS THINK

During my university education, which started in the mid-1970s, I prepared a bibliography by scanning the newspaper collections of Beyazıt State Library in 1982, as a result of the positive contributions of the pages of the Thinkers Forum, which was published in Milliyet newspaper on Sundays and which I follow constantly; publishing was fortune today.

Prof Ümit Doğanay, one of the thinkers of the forums, was my teacher from the Turkish Revolution History courses at the IITIA Şişli School of Political Sciences. He fell victim to a political murder. Dr. Server Tanilli was shot and mutilated. Prof. Melih Tümer was arrested for his ideas. It was the painful destiny of thoughts and thinkers.

The Thinkers Forum, which was first published in Milliyet newspaper on February 9, 1969, was published for 453 weeks in 11 years and voiced the thoughts of 630 thinkers. The forums, which take their place on the newspaper pages every week on Sundays, fulfilled a unique function in terms of displaying and reinforcing the “Power of Thought” and its termination in May 1980 had deep meanings.

The “Cultural Revolution” started in China in 1966 was reflected in Europe as 1968 youth movements and the winds of free thought started to blow in our country. The Forum of the Thinkers launched in the said conjuncture; It served as a bracket between the periods of the 27 May 1960 and the 12 September 1980 Military Coup. Free Thought could only be tolerated for 11 years. Those who can tolerate are the Atlantic centers of the Civilization Beast, whose only female remains. The lies of the so-called democracy and the ideal of freedom of thought of the US and British branches of the Atlantic World have hit their faces with the military coups they have committed themselves. With the system and mechanics of coups, the System produced ideology, not ideas. Those who produce ideas were punished, and a coup slogan was made every ten years. Ali Gevgilili, who directed the Thoughts of the Thinkers and the Forum of the Thinkers for 11 years, put an end to his journalistic life in May 1980.

In the first part; The Thinkers Forum bibliography was prepared, classified according to their subjects, and index and statistical data were created.

The revitalization of the “Forum and Thoughts of the Thinkers” eco-initiated by the Thinker Ali Gevgilili in the press of our country is to open the way of development by activating the Thought Force, which is the most real power in life.

A CALL TO THINKING A Monumental Thought Heritage from the 20th Century: FORUM OF THINKERS

The real reason for the poor necessity is the weakness of thought, that the thoughts forced by the outside world and unrelated to our own sociology are made to be adopted by our intellectuals as various imported images. The Atlantic-Mediterranean Alliance is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to prevent original ideas from spreading and maturing in our geography. It is not possible for the bureaucracy to understand and evaluate the reality of the bureaucracy, which is limited to the 09.00-17.00 time, which was consolidated by the Prime Minister İsmet İnönü on the eve of the 1965 general elections with Law No. 657.

We are faced with a simple chronic drama.

The military coups (1980, 1997, 2016) that followed Ali Gevgilili’s farewell with his profession in May 1980, who left unforgettable traces in the world of thought with 454 forums and 630 thinkers, caused deep wounds in our country’s domestic thought heritage. As a result, our country, which cannot produce domestic thought, tries to fill this gap with foreign thoughts. It should not be an exaggeration to say that two thirds of our country’s publishing market consists of foreign copyrighted works.

In the period of 1946-2016, the sequence and mechanics of the Atlantic Alliance constantly destroyed the “Thought Force” of the Thinkers. The farewell to journalism by Ali Gevgilili, the visionary of the Forum of the Thinkers, on May 4, 1980 is the most obvious manifestation of this phenomenon.

The revitalization of the “Forum and Thoughts of the Thinkers” school, initiated by Mr. Fikr-i Ali, Zikr-i Ali Thinker Ali Gevgilili, is our important wish to open the way of development by activating the “Thought Force”, which is the most real power in life.
