Osmanlı’nın anayasacılığı ithal ikamesidir, Göktürkler ise kendi sosyolojilerini taşa yazarak anayasalaştırmışlardı.
Dedelerinin mezar taşlarını okuyamayanlar, Atalarının Göktürk alfabeli yazıtını okusalardı, ilk Başbakan Tonyukuk’u öğrenmiş olurlar, Başbakanlık makamının Türklerin tarihinde 1300 yıllık Taş Anayasa’ya (Bilge Tonyukuk Yazıtı) yazılmış olduğunu da fark ederlerdi.
